I live in the US and are used to the way doctors work there. The service that I received from Dra. Castillon far exceeds anything I would have gotten at home. The appointments were easy. Efficient and very professional. I would strongly recommend.

After reading bio and interview, I made an appt for skin cancer screening. Dr. Castillion was pleasant, attentive, and addressed my concerns. I had several pre-cancer areas treated, one which required numbing, cauterizing, and freezing. all was done quickly and efficiently. The cost was less then my deductible would have been in the U.S.! I highly recommend her

Took my daughter in to see Doctor Sandra and the experience was positive. The doctor was very attentive and helpful and took time to examine the symptoms and didn't make us feel rush. She even asked the allergist (who was also very nice and helpful) to help to make sure we covered everything. Thank you!

Dr Sandra Castillion was amazing. I only had to wait a week and a half to see her for a wart removal. Turns out it wasn't a wart it was a cyst so she removed it stitched it up and sent the cyst to check for cancer. Luckily it was benign. In America you have to wait about 6 months to get an appointment with a dermatologist not the case here. I felt very comfortable with Dr Sandra Castillion. My foot has almost totally healed. I highly recommend Dr Sandra Castillion!

“Dr” Castillon performed a non-consented operation on me. I went for a consultation to remove a non-noticeable mole from in between my eyebrows. She said she would cut it out. I asked if there would be a hole left. She said there would be no hole and only one stitch. After the procedure, she told me put in 3 stitches. After the scan fell off; there was a huge hole. She told me not to have the stitches removed for 10 days. When I returned to Canada, 3 separate doctors told me the stitches should be removed in 5-7 days. 2 doctors were confused why she prescribed me an antibiotic which was delaying healing. One doctor advised against the follow up cream she prescribed. Now, 6 weeks later, the wound has healed. But it had healed as a hole, with a giant noticeable scar. It is 100% worse than the non-noticeable mole. I am in film work, and lost work because of this. She never explained any possible negative outcomes. She never explained how long the healing process would be. I will have to go for plastic surgery to have this fixed. I am currently on a wait list. The psychological nightmare continues daily. I swing between servere depression and anxiety over this. Castillon will not refund me my money and has stooped responding to me. As far as I am concerned, this is medical malpractice. I am seeking legal action for financial compensation.
