Rafael is an excellent surgeon. I was recommended to him from another local doctor, Dr. Carlos Diaz. I flew from Minnesota to have Rafael do a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. I was very happy with how things turned out. Now, I am almost 51 and just returned to have Rafael do some additional lipo and BODYtite on my back, neck and inner thigh's. He listens to you and also makes additional suggestions. Sarahi and his team are excellent. They provide THE best customer service.

Wonderful plastic surgeon. The consultation was conducted not only taking my wishes into account, but the doctor also advised me on the best option that would look the most natural. Everything was done considering my personality. The operation was quick and painless. He was very attentive and calm, which is very important. I'm glad I chose Dr. Raphael. The absolute best surgeon! I interviewed several surgeons both in Mexico and the US, and he is by far the most talented and attentive. He offered different options to acheive the look that I wanted, and ensured that I was happy and comfortable before, during and after the surgery and was very attentive throughout the whole process. Dr. Velasquez and Dr. Ivan operated on me in PV. They removed skin from my eyelids and forearms and put in implants. The surgery made my eyelids look lighter and they look quite good, as do my breasts. My nipples are very centered and beautiful. However, I feel like my breasts need a lift. They're very saggy, and although I think the size is perfect for my height, it makes them look smaller. And my arms... well, I'm not happy at all. My arms are still super flabby. The skin is still covering my elbows. I think that IF HE HAD STRETCHED MORE... BECAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF LOOSE SKIN... IT WOULD HAVE GIVEN MY ARMS A BETTER CONTOUR... BUT IT'S BEEN 7 MONTHS AND WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HEAT AND I'M STILL WEARING LONG SLEEVES... BECAUSE MY ARMS STILL LOOK LIKE WHAT I CALL THEM... FAT ARMS... IT WAS A HUGE CUT, AND I'M NOT GOING TO BE DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS, THAT'S WHY I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL GO BACK TO THIS DOCTOR FOR MORE SURGERY... THANKS!!
