Full face lift: Dr Saldana is very professional , gentle, and is involved through out the whole process ( pre / day of / post surgery) .He paid attention to every detail and answered every question. I felt no pain ; discomfort ; yes, pulling in selected areas ; yes , swelling of course , but all was manageable. And I am Very! pleased with the results

About 12 years ago I had an eye lift by Dr. Saldana which was amazing. Then last spring I knew it was time for a mini facelift and a tummy tuck. I had a consultation and set the surgery date for August. I am now 2 weeks postoperative and I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Saldana. He is attentive, honest, caring, educated, informed and kind. He always answered and answers my questions and informs me of what is and will be happening. I highly recommend Dr. Saldana and will not go to anyone else for plastic surgery.

I have had a total of six surgeries primarily removing excess skin after losing 100 pounds. Everything went great and the recovery was not uncomfortable at all. Both Dr Saldana and MedAssist Hospital are top notch and I highly recommend both!

This was the most amazing experience with an amazing doctor and human! The results of this mommy makeover are beyond anything I could have expected and I would recommend him to anyone for a cosmetic procedure. He is just a wonderful human being and I healed up in like 2 weeks! I honestly consider him family and I will be back Tio Saldana! *Update- almost 5 weeks post-op and although it’s had its hard moments (no major surgery is going to be easy 100% of the time), these results are just insane. I am just so happy with the results and how wonderful this entire experience has been. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

No hesitation to give this Dr a 10 + Review I have been seeing Dr Saldana for 10 plus years. Best Dr in Puerto Vallarta . He is first and foremost a professional, perfectionist, and will give you his honest opinion. I have had several procedures and always been happy with results..
