Plan your arrival at the hospital in advance. The ramp to the parking lot is extremely steep, which is dangerous and staff should warn you about. It's preferable to enter through the exit. Another thing to note is the number of steps on the facade leading to the hospital entrance, and there are even more steps in the lobby to reach the elevator. The lobby doesn't have a reception desk, so you'll need to ask for the floor number of your office in advance. The hospital has beautiful architectural details and an excellent view of Monterrey. The elevator is moderately well-lit and could use some cleaning, but it's functional. During my visit, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, there were few patients in the common areas. Face masks are optional but recommended.
