After my consultation, I decided to have a mastopexy. Even though I'm only 27, I was a little scared, especially about the scar, but today I can say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm so happy with the result; it completely exceeded my expectations! 🤍 Dr. Garza Lizano has been incredibly attentive, patient, and compassionate. He always takes the time to answer all my questions, explain everything calmly, and follow up on my case, both before and after surgery, since my mastopexy was complex. The calm and confidence he exudes made all the difference compared to other surgeons I've had the pleasure of working with. His nursing staff, anesthesiologist, and head of the operating room are also incredible professionals: warm and always helpful, even when I've asked the same question a thousand times 🥹 A special mention to urge you not to be swayed by negative opinions from people who haven't even been treated by him, from accounts with only one review who are clearly trying to undermine the work of a great professional. Ultimately, everyone speaks from their own experience, and in my case, my experience has been entirely positive. I would recommend him a thousand times over 🙌🏻

I had a primary mastopexy with a well-known surgeon (Dr. Zor) and had a terrible experience. They removed glandular tissue without my consent, and due to the poor procedure, I almost lost my nipple to necrosis. After that, I sought the opinions of several surgeons, but none of them wanted to treat me because of the poor work they had done. I went to see Dr. Garza Lizano, and from the first moment, I knew I was in better hands. He is a doctor with strong values, very kind, and he dedicates all the time you need during the evaluation. He was the only one who agreed to treat me and correct what the first doctor had done wrong. Garza Lizano performed a secondary mastopexy, and thanks to him, I recovered my breasts and he saved the nipple that I was going to lose due to necrosis. I am still very grateful because he gave me back my peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Garza Lizano. Don't be swayed by any bad reviews you may read. We all have bad moments, but that doesn't erase his ethics, values, and the great work he does. Many of those negative opinions come from accounts without a profile picture, recently created accounts, or accounts with only one or two reviews on all of Google, which speaks for itself… I can say, from my personal experience, that he is an excellent surgeon and an exceptional human being.

One day I passed by his office and he offered me 300 pesos to write a good 5-star review on Google Maps. PS: 1 star for fraud and I'm keeping the money, haha.

I idealized him because of his advertising; he seemed nice and attentive. I went to him for several surgeries, one of which was a blepharoplasty, which left me with very bad results. When I told him my eyelids were still just as swollen, he offered me another surgery, which, of course, came at a hefty price 🤑🤨. The only thing that changed in my eyes is that now I have chronic dryness. I no longer produce tears 🥺; there's no lubrication, it's like my tear ducts are blocked 😢. He also performed a profiloplasty, and now my mouth is crooked 🥺. My lower lip, on the left side, is paralyzed 😭. Now I can't smile because I'm embarrassed 🥺. He told me I would see a change in six months to a year. It's been two years since the surgery, and nothing has changed. My mouth is still the same, and I don't smile anymore. I deeply regret letting myself be swayed by the "charisma" he projects in his advertising videos, and because he was always attentive and smiling during our initial appointments. But once he performed the surgery and collected payment, his treatment was never the same; the "charm" was gone. In my personal experience, I had a terrible experience with this doctor 😢 What I regret most is having "lost my smile" forever 🙎🏻 and having to use eye lubricant daily ☹️ But oh well, what's done is done 🙏🏻
