I just had surgery on November 14th, and honestly, from the moment we arrived (because I was with my husband), everything went very well. Once inside, they assigned us a room right away. Everyone was so kind. The anesthesiologist, Miriam Sam Pedro, was already there as well. I had a video call with her four days before the surgery, so she could check on me. 🤭 She was amazing, and that day she explained everything in detail again and even told my husband that she would keep him updated on my condition throughout the process. Then Dr. Roberto Monteverde's team arrived, along with Dr. Monteverde himself, to explain everything to us again. They really made me feel calmer despite my nerves. They were incredible. Dr. Monteverde is an exceptional human being, and as a professional, he's simply outstanding. The nurses who took such good care of me were truly wonderful—Karina, Karla, and Galilea—as were the other staff members who were there the day I left, though I didn't get their names. The woman who brought me my wheelchair and the young man who took me to my car were so incredibly kind. Thank you! 💕 So yes, I highly recommend both Dr. Monteverde and his team, as well as the clinic. 🌟🌟🌟

I had surgery on Thursday, November 6th, and from the moment I arrived until I was discharged the next day, it was a WONDERFUL experience. First, Lalito greeted me, helping and explaining everything. Then, the anesthesiologist, Miriam San Pedro, came in. Despite having a call of more than 20 minutes 48 hours earlier, she came in to explain everything again and even offered to send my family updates during the surgery, which she very kindly did and kept them very calm. She's truly a wonderful person. Next, Dr. Monteverde arrived to take photos, all with great patience, clarifying any doubts I might have. But above all, he's a doctor who, despite performing many surgeries a month, treats you as if you were the only one. He's very humane, and that gives me a lot of peace. He doesn't see you as a dollar sign; he sees you as a human being and treats you like family, ALWAYS WITH GREAT RESPECT. Then Lalo II came to my room for me, haha, a surgical nurse who took me to the operating room very kindly and kept me very calm. I went into the room and within 2 minutes I LITERALLY had the spinal anesthetic. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW when they gave it to me, haha, I felt absolutely NOTHING. That was the anesthesia I chose on the doctor's recommendation for my procedure. After surgery and until the next day, I was cared for, attended to, pampered, and spoiled by an angel or nurse named Karina, who after my discharge walked me to my front door (I live two blocks away). She's truly someone who cares about you and looks after you until the very end. This is the 3rd surgery I've had in different countries and by far the best experience of ALL. It's not just the clinic, which is superbly located, spotless, and where you're treated like royalty, but the entire team—every single one, without exception—is wonderful. I highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of this was thanks to Dr. Roberto Monteverde and his team. I recommend them without hesitation.

My Dr. Gloria Guzman is very professional and an excellent person, the medical team is very attentive and professional, and the staff are super nice. I am very grateful for the care.

Very good service, the clinic is very clean. They have air conditioning and they turn it on whenever you want. Belén is a very good nurse; even though I would get angry every 20 minutes, she came with a smile. They gave me ham and cheese quesadillas and juice.
