This is my second time! Super professional, knowledgeable & excellent customer service! Dr. Adrian is the best. A must do every time I’m in Mexico City!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I think Lucero and Paola are amazing and are very skilled at their job. Dr. Adrian has also done my Botox for years and is excellent at his work. (Highly recommend all 3). What has been disappointing is that after years of coming and paying for memberships, I’ve only noticed inconsistent/unprofessional service from management. They are unwilling to take responsibility when they’re wrong and give certain people special treatment only when their backs are against the wall and they know that they will get bad publicity. I’ve emailed the owner personally and was met with no response to a problem I had. I’m clearly not alone with this complaint as people I have personally referred here have had similar experience. They are lucky to have excellent staff and should rethink how they treat their customers. If it wasn’t for Lucero, Paola, or Dr. Adrian, I’d take my business elsewhere.

FOR THE GIRLS WHO FOUND THIS PLACE ON TIKTOK: girlies let me warn you! this is not what some viral tiktok videos made it seem as someone who has been getting treatments done for 15+ years on the regular this was a scary experience. i took my friend here because it was her first time she wanted to get lip filler and just some crows feet botox. she is new to all this so i was guiding her and there for support. we walk in and this man (the injector) is very unfriendly vibes honestly dark energy. he immediately puts my friend in the chair and goes “you have very thin lips” in the meanest way as if she’s not already insecure coming in for lip filler. he starts marking her forehead and i tell him no no she only wants crows feet botox. he says “but your wrinkles look bad on your forehead” i tell him but she’s a surfer as if to leave her alone and stop pointing out every flaw she’s not here to enhance- he pushed back again. then she told him just to start out with a half syringe of lip filler that’s all she was comfortable starting out with and he kept pushing back saying she needed more just making her feel so bad about herself and brought out a full syringe. i asked him why he’s in esthetics trying to maybe warm him up so my friend can have a friendlier experience but he said he wanted to be a plastic surgeon i honestly coukdnt figure out why he’s in this office doing what he does making floral feel so uncomfortable and so unfriendly awful energy. THEN he points to me and starts asking me IN FRONT IF PEOPLE MIND YOU “did you have a face lift i can see your scars” im crying at how unprofessional this guy is could not have worse bed side manner now commenting on the guests faces of the patient. my point of this review is to hopefully let girls like me who saw this aesthetic looking medspa on tiktok to know that it is not a welcoming environment and had he not already taken product out to inject my friend with i would have guided her to walk out not being injected by him and to go to balmori med spa in polanco instead where i had an EXCELLENT amazing experience

The procedures did not make me feel comfortable and actually made me feel more insecure. As someone who was going to receive treatments to enhance my features and make corrections, I wasn't seeking input to make myself feel worse. I am new to medical procedures and expressed my discomfort and hesitations. I felt they were met with push back and the reservations that I held were diminished and dismissed. I do not feel I was treated with the best care or consideration in having an open dialect to better understand what my goals were and in turn felt bombarded with opinions and directives and jumping in full steam ahead. I was worked on by someone that did not make me feel good, valued or seen as a customer.

A little past my 15 days and I am not happy at all with my results. Dr. Adrian was nice though. I just wasn’t comfortable with how the needle or the botox wasn’t opened and shown in front of me. I don’t really see much of a difference to be honest, I have “horns” or bumps above my eyebrows now that have yet to ho away
