The care from all the nurses, surgeons, and all the professionals who operate here is unparalleled! They were always attentive to my needs after a very good outpatient surgery. Dr. Soto is extremely kind, attentive, and above all, a great human being! The bathroom was clean and the room was excellent. Everything is super hygienic, and they have internet access in the recovery rooms. Don't wait any longer; you'll see that you will receive dignified treatment. A round of applause and thanks to all the nurses.

Highly recommended place. The staff is very attentive, from reception to doctors and nurses. They also provide post-operative/surgical follow-up. It's clean, the rooms are simple but have everything you need, and they have their own internet access since the signal isn't great. They check on the patient and take care of them as they should. It depends on the type of work being done, but personally, I was very happy with the service. Dr. Juan Manuel Melchor González gave us good advice, treated us well, and provided complete follow-up. It's located on the second floor at the back. When you get off the elevator, press 33 and it's on the right-hand side of Tower B. Or, if you're not there, take the escalator to the back on the right. Thanks to the excellent treatment.

I would rate a 0 if I could. I’m writing this review from the hospital my mom is currently at. First off the clinic is inside a run down mall and the place they have their medical equipment stored is dirty and disgusting. The assistant Pamela and her husband are extremely rude and tried to con us out of $200 saying our surgery was more than what we were told then the day of surgery it was delayed by 3 hours and the nurses didn’t wear gloves during the surgery. Right after surgery they didn’t give hardly ANY after surgery care instructions. The nurse came by our hotel ONE time and she was 4 hours late when she WAS there she removed tape from an incision she was not supposed to come off for 6 weeks. Then 3 weeks after coming back home she got sepsis in her blood (luckily they caught it early) she nearly died they had to revive her. Save yourself the time money and health DONT DO IT!!! They DO NOT care about you after they take your money!!
