Excellent hospital service! Throughout the entire time our patient was in surgery, the nurses came out every 30 minutes to update us on the progress of the surgery and the procedure they were performing! Silvia, the nurse on duty, was especially helpful, assisting us at every moment and answering all our questions. She even helped us take the patient to the car door and fasten her seatbelt! Excellent service from everyone, including the very kind receptionist, Rita. :)

I had my surgery on May 12, 2026. From the moment I arrived, the care was excellent. The clinic is comfortable and clean. Nurse Karen, who started my IV, was very kind. After surgery, nurse Silvia was very kind and professional, attentive to my recovery. I am very happy with the care I received. 10/10.

La verdad fue una estancia muy grata, todas las personas son muy amables. El equipo de enfermeras y enfermeros de 10, particularmente de Carolina, Silvia y Rodrigo, excelente trato empírico y humano. Yesterday I had surgery at Elite-Klinik. I am incredibly grateful and satisfied with the service and care. From the moment I arrived at reception, the young lady was very kind and explained everything clearly so I could sign the paperwork. The nurse who attended to me was Silvia, whom I want to thank very much for the attention and care she gave me from beginning to end; she is a wonderful person. And a special thank you to my doctor and her team. My doctor is Ana Paulina Meléndez, who is very professional, kind, and also a wonderful person.
