From the moment I connected with Dr. Tanzillo’s coordinator to schedule my surgery, it was super pleasant, informative and friendly. I flew in from California and prior to arriving because of Mariel I knew where to go to get all my pre-op work done. Mariel was so helpful in answering all questions. I did an online consult with Dr. Tanzillo who was professional and made me feel at ease. Upon arriving to my consult in person, Dr. Tanzillo was super honest with me about the concerns for one of the surgeries I wanted. He went over the risks and explained why he would not be able to do it. He explained which surgery he could do in the meantime until I’m able to have the other surgery. The way he handled my consult was professional and honest. I really appreciated his honesty. Other surgeons do not care and just want your money, not Dr. Giuseppe-he has a high bar for his work. Surgery was scheduled and I must say I am so pleased with the results and actually happily we didn’t do the third surgery. The facility where the surgery was performed was top notch. The staff wonderful and I really felt well taken care of in my overnight stay. Valeria, Dr. Tanzillo’s nurse, is such an incredible, friendly, and amazing person. She listened to my concerns and made sure to answer any questions I had that came up during recovery. She also took great care of me during my massages and wanted to make sure I flew back home comfortable. I can’t rave enough about the entire experience. I was treated like the queen I am! Highly recommend Dr. Tanzillo and his staff to anyone thinking of having surgery in Mexico City! Top Notch service!!

I had a wonderful experience start to finish with Dr. Giuseppe and his team. I am beyond happy with my results and would recommend seeing him for any of your body contouring needs. Including post op care as well!

Dr. Tanzillo was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! He does a great job with my Botox and it’s a great price. I appreciate he does multiple follow ups to make sure his work is perfect and you are happy! He also speaks English!

DO NOT RECOMMEND *Lack of attention to detail. *Predatory pricing practices. *Lack of aftercare, communication and attention. I waited a whole year to complete the healing process and leave a fair review of Dr. Tanzillo's work and my experience. I was visiting Mexico City during the spring of 2021 and had been planning on getting liposculpture for some time- so I decided to do some research and found Dr. Tanzillo. I figured it was a trustworthy doctor, since he has a good online presence and operates out of the affluent part of Mexico City. I consulted with the doctor we spoke about my goals etc, and during consultation I mentioned I was visiting from Europe and that I had another consultation with a doctor there. When we spoke about pricing he asked me how much they were going to charge in Europe- I don't see how that would have related to my consultation- but he ended up matching the price to that I had mentioned from another doctor. He also asked me that on top of the 100,000.00 MX I paid the operation room (another 20,000.00) But when I expressed hesitation about that he "waived" that cost. We agreed that the treatment areas would be flanks, stomach, chest, armpits and he suggested a fat transfer to the glutes, and light marking on the torso. We set a date to operate around 3 weeks after consultation. During the operation prep we discussed again the desired results and what was going to be done. Prior to the operation I never received a list of general basic things I'd need for aftercare- like disposable towels, absorbing pads, etc etc... I decided to the the aftercare lymph drainage at his office and during our aftercare consultations he was very brief, there was one location he just left the room and I didn't even know the consultation had ended... When I expressed concerns about how my underarms looked untouched and about the "dent" in my middle torso, he mentioned it would all smooth out after the swelling went down. It's a year later, I've constantly done Crossfit and other rigorous training at least 4-5 times a week since I was well enough to train, and I eat a pretty good balanced diet. Dr. Tanzillo did not do a good job on me. I regret doing this surgery with him. His lack of attention to detail for natural results is noticeable.and his personal treatment with me as a client and patient was underwhelming. My underarms were not treated, which you can also see how unbalanced it looks on my upper body. The "abs" markings were excessive and do not look natural, they're just 2 big lines, no care for my actual anatomy, and what would look natural and seamless for me. He also left a big "dent" in my middle line, that makes my actual belly look like a small deformed balloon. he treated my chest without a care for discreet scars, the scars are big, and entirely visible and conspicuous. I don't know if this was a lack of practice on male clients, or if he literally just didn't care about what he was doing on me, or if he simply doesn't have the proper eye and training to be performing these kinds of jobs. I tried having a conversation with him about 8 months after surgery about the things I was unhappy with, he sent me a photo of my "before" as a response to my text (as if I'm supposed to just be grateful that he did half-assed job to make me look better.) And when we managed to speak on the phone he didn't even take the time or care to have a video chat or review the images I had sent him. I do not recommend him, I deeply regret having hired him to do this surgery on me and I hope that nobody else gets stuck with bad results from him.
