Terrible experience and lack of professional ethics. I made a deposit of $10,000 MXN to reserve a surgery, but due to personal reasons, I had to cancel it. Despite requesting a refund or even having the money applied towards other services like post-operative massages, Dr. Fernando Gallardo flatly refused both options. He made me go to his office in person only to tell me he wouldn't offer any solution. He kept my money without performing any procedure or providing any service. Be very careful; they care more about money than patient care.
