I had a blepharoplasty and I'm thrilled. Dr. Montero's technique is superb, as is her approach and professionalism. She's always attentive to her patients. She's an excellent choice. Now I'm going to seek other treatments because I know of her commitment to each patient. Thank you, Dr. Montero.

The doctor provided excellent service, giving 100% attention to her patients, never checking her phone, fair prices, and visible results. I highly recommend her. She also performed a blepharoplasty on me, and it went wonderfully—no bleeding, quick recovery, and a brighter, more alert look. Of course, it also eliminated tired eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Marisol Montero.

Dr. Montero is an exceptional professional who stands out for her compassionate approach and her ability to listen attentively to her patients' needs. I had a buccal fat removal procedure with her; the process was completely painless, and the results exceeded my expectations. What gave me the most confidence was her constant innovation and updating of techniques and procedures. Highly recommended for those seeking safety and excellence!

Horrible treatment. She left a mess on my face. I arrived on time for my appointment and was treated very rudely an hour late. The doctor is extremely rude, and I left there in tears because of what she did. Save yourself the trouble of paying somewhere else to fix the mess they make here.

Complaint Regarding Treatment Received on February 18, 2025 To Whom It May Concern: Through this message, I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the attention and treatment I received on Tuesday, February 18, at 11:00 a.m. during my appointment with Dr. Marisol. Despite arriving promptly for my appointment—after a two-hour commute due to traffic—upon arriving at reception, I was rudely informed that there would be a delay of approximately 45 minutes. When I inquired about the reason for the delay, given that I had arrived on time, I was told that I would be seen promptly at 11:00 a.m. However, I was not seen until 11:15 a.m. Upon entering the office, Dr. Marisol greeted me with an obviously annoyed attitude. When I attempted to explain that I would not be having the injection procedure, only the laser treatment that day, she interrupted me in an unprofessional manner. Later, after answering her question about the state of my scar, she informed me that she would no longer see me, arguing that she didn't like my "arrogant attitude" for questioning the delay, stating that she wasn't responsible for other patients arriving late. And who would be responsible for attending to a patient who arrived on time? I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I believe that, as a patient, I deserve professional and respectful treatment. I made the effort to arrive on time, respecting the medical team's time, and I expected the same consideration for my own. The tone and attitude with which I was treated were not only unnecessary but also inappropriate for a medical setting. Excuse me, but living in Mexico City means that one must plan their time, especially these days when news is everywhere. It's disrespectful and a sign of mediocrity to play with other people's time and use traffic as an excuse. Today I traveled from the Fitsi Museum to your office, and anticipating the disruption, I left two hours early. I hereby request that you review what happened and take the appropriate measures to guarantee dignified and professional treatment for patients. I await your response. RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENTS… I noticed that in your response you emphasize your academic background, but the way it is written gives the impression that you are responding as a third party and not directly, which could cause confusion. On the other hand, I observe that you place too much emphasis on the financial aspect, which could be perceived as an undue priority. I suggest you consider a more balanced approach that reinforces confidence in your professionalism and patient care. Furthermore, explicitly mentioning whether or not I have a keloid scar seems inappropriate to me, as such comments could be interpreted as a lack of tact and discretion. These kinds of details can affect the perception of your professionalism and credibility. Thank you for your time and attention, and I hope these observations can be helpful in strengthening communication and trust with your patients. Best regards. I've attached a photo of your comments… judge for yourselves if it's acceptable to go to a doctor's office where you're also told about your potential problem, which you're entrusting to this person with zero professionalism. Just look at their writing; it's shameful. 🙈
