Dr. Alex reconstructed my finger, both aesthetically and functionally, years ago. From day one, he answers all your questions, explains everything, and takes excellent care of you. Later, I had the opportunity to have cosmetic procedures done with him. All the results were incredibly natural. He absolutely did not leave you looking deformed or exaggerated, unlike what I had seen in photos with other surgeons. I not only loved the natural-looking results, but he is also an excellent human being. Despite having many patients, he is always attentive. He takes great care of you, and above all else, your health always comes first for him.

He's an excellent doctor and person, very ethical and professional. He's very kind and explains everything perfectly! From the first time I saw him, he inspired a lot of confidence. His office is always spotless, and his staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smile! 10/10

Dr Alexandro Aguilera is an extremely skilled and professional surgeon. He first worked on my de Quervain ligament problem in my hand last year, and I returned to him to fix my broken nose bridge, when I had increasing problems breathing freely. Not only did he handle my operation in Mexico City with extreme care, but the result was nothing short of perfect: much better breathing and nicer esthetics with a straight nose bridge (see picture). In fact, Dr. Aguilera is a real ARTIST!

Dr. Alexandro Aguilera is exceptional. He is deeply knowledgeable about all of the latest techniques and very good at being able to articulate his medical expertise and recommendations for each procedure. I felt very comfortable with him and his great staff. I have had two big surgeries with them over the past four months and cannot be happier. He also speaks perfect English and is friendly. He is also great with post-op follow-ups and is attentive. I love this doctor and this clinic!!!
