For those mistakenly commenting about hair dye: “Bella Essenza” is a cosmetic surgery clinic, NOT a hair dye or color clinic. I assume you mean to comment on “Bella Essenza STUDIO,” where I see (according to the following Google link) they do dye hair. Please check the link where you leave your comments; you could be affecting another establishment that, as a client, I find very good service! “Bella Essenza,” in addition to cosmetic surgery with the excellent Dr. Salathiel, also offers relaxing massages, IPL hair removal, cavitation, carboxytherapy, and other fantastic beauty services. They DO NOT dye hair! Excellent place and service! Greetings to Dr. Salathiel and his excellent team, Nelly, Eli, and Ale!

The best treatment and the best doctor! I had breast augmentation, and from the day of the evaluation, it was an impeccable experience. They have a 3D model that lets you see the results of the procedure. The doctor is attentive, caring, and gives you his best recommendations. I checked with five previous doctors before choosing him, and none of them had this model or a similar one. A plus is that the spa offers the post-surgical treatments you need, and they're already included in your package. The staff who follow up with you is equally attentive and caring!

Even if you go in for a specific treatment or promotion, they end up adding extra costs by selling you things that are supposedly already included or that they say you need but don't seem to apply. They're always very busy, so the service isn't good. They promise they can do something with your hair, but it ends up being something else entirely. They don't have parking, and their products aren't good. I went in for a balayage and ended up with gray hair and blue tips.

The place is small but nice, and the location is convenient. Check the photos to see that they did any job well. The advice and professionalism of the two salon staff members was incredible. First, some expressions about what you did to your hair? It looks like a rainbow of shades, to which I replied that's why I came to them. They asked me what shampoo I used, and I politely replied that using baby shampoo was the same as "Roma" shampoo, and that since I applied henna (on the top 3 cm of my hair), they couldn't work with my hair. I asked if after not using henna again, I could come back to get what I wanted done. They very kindly indicated that the henna would remain in my hair and that there was another solution for me: a shave. I am infinitely grateful to have left the Barranca del Muerto branch with my money intact. #BellaEssenza

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My appointment was at 11:15 and it's 2:44 PM and I still haven't left, all because of hair dye. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. The staff seems to be very helpful. Unfortunately, I got a girl at the Misterios branch who was trying to see about six clients at the same time. She couldn't keep up and therefore only gave half the service. Even if you have an appointment, there are many people waiting to be seen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, and if you do go, be VERY PATIENT.
