When I decided to do the vsg surgery, I was able to connect with the team quickly and get it scheduled. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Alvarez explained things clearly. I even saw a video he took of my insides! Not everyone gets to see that, it was cool and a little freaky. My experience was positive there and I hope others have the same.
