Excellent service, as was the service from Dr. Sergio Rivera. Very good treatment 🩶 I left delighted with the staff/nurses 🫶 I was afraid to go because of other reviews 🥹 But it's a different situation 🤷‍♀️ I highly recommend it because I had to stay for a C-section and they attended to me on both shifts 🙌🏻

I don't understand why this place has such bad reviews. I just had surgery here and everything was very pleasant. The nurses were very kind and the facilities were very clean. I do recommend it.

In just over 24 hours, we were in and out of the hospital for a C-section. The doctor and nurses were excellent, and the hospital was very clean. BUT... it's not all sunshine and roses. For a private hospital, they don't allow you to bring coffee from the hospital cafeteria into your room! And then, when it comes to getting the rest of the money, they tell you it's more, saying it's one amount if you pay in cash and another with a card... We paid a certain amount upon arrival, and that covered the hospital fees, and then they ask for another amount, the same as what you paid, supposedly for the doctor, when we all know what she charges! They might as well just say they want a tip! But other than those minor issues, everything was fine!

The doctors were very kind, but the nursing and administrative staff need constant questioning to see if they've completed the paperwork or provided the necessary instructions. Otherwise, hours go by without any news—no word about being transferred to a ward, being discharged, or even receiving payment. And when you ask, they still give you a sour look, saying they'll let you know (every time I asked, the paperwork was already finished hours before, but they didn't notify me). A four-hour delay for a discharge that was already ready gives the impression that it's not a private hospital. Hospital Reforma, on the other hand, has excellent treatment and service; everyone is doing their job.
