Had some cosmetic surgery done by Dr Amaya at this hospital 11/26/20 and wow I was very impressed by all the staff! All very nice the hospital was very clean n pretty! The nurses were all very helpful and attentive! The food was yummy and I got my own room. Would definitely recommend this hospital!

Excellent staff both medical nurses and other essential health make your stay in the hospital comfortable, high level of knowledge of your nurses and doctors, The administrative and reception staff always aware of the attention and little waiting of the patient in the lobby. Hospital Hispano Americano Terrible experience! Doctors and administrators are great, but the overall staff make you feel like if it’s a public Hospital not a private! I came to emergency for a fracture Knee. The receptionist did not let my husband come in to discuss surgery options with the doctor, when the doctor found out, the doctor had to go to the waiting room to bring him inside. Nice Doctor took us to the cafeteria for me to Waite for an ultrasound because there where 3 people ahead of us. The lady at the cafeteria looked at us funny so my husband ordered a juice. She did not have change on a small bill. My husband told her, He can pay with a credit card, she said no, Cash Only because the terminals do not work, Looking frustrated she told my husband that I have to wear a mask, he explained that the reason I did not have one is because the one I had broke and fell to the ground here at the hospital. He asked her if anyone here had one or at the hospital or at the emergency room. She said no! I asked to please let her stay here so I can go out to find a place to buy some. This was one of the worst experiences of my life in a so call private hospital.
