Hospital de la Familia Urgencias

Excellent service, very friendly staff, super good!

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!! My brother was "treated" for a blow to the head, and when it came time to do a CT scan to rule out a stroke, the hospital was obviously NOT equipped to do so. Instead of protecting my brother's LIFE and HEALTH, they detained my father and my other brother and told them they couldn't leave until they paid because the insurance company wasn't answering. Excuse me???? 1- Deprivation of liberty is ILLEGAL 2- Health is a RIGHT 3- As a hospital, they are obligated to provide the necessary care because, I repeat, it was an EMERGENCY. In the end, my father gave in and paid (which he didn't have to) to avoid further problems and so that my brother would finally receive the care he needed. How is it possible that a HOSPITAL has this attitude in an emergency and when the health of a MINOR is at risk??!?!?! Imagine if my family hadn't had the means to pay and my brother HAD suffered a stroke, what would this "hospital" have done?! BUNCH OF NEGLIGENT AND ABUSIVE PEOPLE!!!!!
