From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great kindness and respect. It wasn't the impersonal or rushed treatment you sometimes see in other places; here, they truly make you feel that they care about your well-being and that of your family. The staff was always very attentive, paying attention to every detail, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Any questions we had were answered calmly and without haste. That gave us a lot of peace of mind, because as parents, you always want to fully understand what's happening and feel confident in the decisions you make. What impressed me most was the way they treated my daughter. They didn't see her as just another number in line, but as a person, with respect and warmth. They made her feel comfortable and safe, and that was invaluable to us as parents. She left the appointment calmer and with a positive attitude, and that's priceless. The medical care was professional, careful, and very humane. It was clear they know what they're doing, but also that they do it with heart. That made a huge difference for our entire family.

Excellent care from all the staff, simple on the outside but super comfortable and clean on the inside, the doctor is very humane and committed to her work.

This clinic is just as good as any hospital. I had a hysterectomy with Dr. Elva Fuentes and the care was excellent. I was very satisfied with my experience at Omega Clinic. 10/10 👌
