I am from Phoenix Arizona I had a excellent 👍 doctor he was good about explaining everything before surgery. Doctor barro has a lot of experience many years. Which makes a difference to me board certified. doctor Baro did a mini facelift but feels like a full facelift everything got lifted this was my second one . He corrected last one was not lifted very much and areas missed. He is the best surgeon in mexicalli Mexico. It's been 2 months and my results are beautiful I still have 3 more months I can see a big difference I will be posting my pictures soon I am very happy and results are beautiful. Today is the January 14 -2026 just had eyelid lift and lip lift with doctor Cosme Candas Baro he is so nice he answers my calls if I had any questions. This surgery went good In and out patient. I love this doctor I will never look for another. And recommend to get what you want he has the best consultation he listens to you. I can't wait to post pictures thank you doctor so much.

My first surgery with Dr. Cosme Cardenas was 15 years ago. He performed a tummy tuck, breast reconstruction and implants, full face lift, and eye lids. I went back for lipo in numerous places. Continued to go back through all the years for more surgeries that included, flabby arms, BBL, etc. My mom just had a face lift done and my boyfriend had lipo done in his stomach. This doctor is so wonderful. I love all of my surgeries and results. I highly recommend him. His stitches are immaculate. My scars look amazing. I have tried other cosmetic doctors and always a huge mistake. Dr. Cosme has to fix all the other Drs mistakes. He should have his own "Botched " show to fix everybody else's mistakes.

Don’t go to him for liposuction or bbl he ruined my body left me burned with forever scars , when I went back to him for help he said to wait 2 years for the damage to be gone it never did I have permanent scars ! I was admitted to the ER for the severe trauma I had to get reconstructive surgery here in the US.
