I had a very disappointing experience with this plastic surgeon’s staff. After my initial evaluation, I was given a specific price, but when I was ready to book the surgery, they suddenly increased it. I was never told that I needed to send 30,000 pesos to “secure the price and book the surgery.” I agreed and requested a later date because the available dates didn’t fit my schedule , and then they came back asking for 50% of the total surgery cost to book the surgery. This staff’s behavior gives the plastic surgeon a very bad reputation. Their inconsistency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and if they treat patients this way before surgery, it raises serious concerns about care afterward. I strongly caution others to be aware of these practices before considering this clinic.

I had a pretty poor experience as well, namely with his assistant Dra. Fernanda. We only had a chat communication on whatsap and Dra. Fernanda was not present during most of the conversation. Meaning- I sent an initial request before 9am and she finally got around to respondong some 4 hours later. The cold and un-personal response I received? It was a list of over 20 personal medical questions that she wanted me to respond to- before she would even answer any of my questions. She would just simply re-paste the list of questuons over and over again. I've spoken with five other plastic surgeons in the area, and none of them were this difficult to communicate with, nor did they require some laundry list of personal medical questions that they wanted answers to over whatsap. Then I was told that they only possible way to pay for the consultation was in advance via transfer. I explained that Im not a Mexican citizen therefore I do not have the INE required to make bank transfers. Bringing 2000 mxn pesos in person during the consultation was obviously not acceptable either. However, I wouldn't know that because Dra. Fernanda decided to simply ghost me and not answer any of my questions. Negative interractions lime these by any member of medical staff, especially a staff member also claims to be a doctor, is not a very good sign that you should trust surgery on your face or body with this doctor's office.
