Had an amazing experience at Luxerma in Ensenada. The service was great and the staff was super friendly from start to finish. The nurses and the doctor herself were a solid 10/10—so caring, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything. My partner and I both had the privilege of being treated by her, and we’re really happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

This was a very enjoyable experience I had today. The staff was so helpful and very courteous and punctual. My Dr. Lugo took time to explain each and everything I had brought to her attention. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. I moved here from Arizona and none of the previous dermatologist. We’re as helpful and courteous as Dr. Lugo. I just want to say thank you.

The doctors are excellent; thoughtful, caring and very professional . The care is extremely attentive with the best technology. The doctor spoke perfect english, which was a relief as my spanish is, at best, imperfect. I was very impressed with everyone there, support staff, nurses and doctors This is a clinic where you will get excellent care and results. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I understand things happen but keeping us there for 2 hours while doing consultations and ignoring the original treatment booking while we want to leave is not ok. They kept the deposit money as they said it was for a “consultation”.

Their prices are sky high, my visit cost over $200 for the visit and prescribed medicine. I'm pretty sure they charge gringos more than what's reasonable and they want you to keep coming back to do treatments that could be done one visit. Will never go there again. In response to your reply. I went to you for two specific reasons, instead I was given some sort of facial scan, which I did not ask for nor want and when I did see the doctor, she didn't have the time to address all my concerns and was told that I'd have to come back to take action for my other concerns. I have since went to another provider and they were able to take care of all my concerns in one visit at a fraction of the cost you charged me. So regardless of whether you charge one group more than another, I still feel way over charged for the service you provided.
