Hello, I'm a foreign tourist, and I had to be admitted to the hospital urgently at the end of the year. From the beginning, in my experience, I was treated excellently by both the direct care staff and the administrative staff. As a patient, I especially want to highlight the nurses and auxiliary staff, who were incredibly kind. Needless to say, the doctors arrived very quickly and attended to my situation. The rooms aren't very large, but they are very practical, with a spacious bathroom. The companion can rest and has support from the staff. Very grateful to everyone, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026!!!

Cheap $50 hotel, slow Wi-Fi drops out often. Had to wait 30 min to get limited breakfast due to social distancing. Ants in the bathroom next to sink. Quiet enough to sleep. Far from tourist area.

Except for a couple of nurses and the cleaning staff, the service was generally terrible. The people were grumpy, rude, and you had to constantly pressure them to get things done. The receptionists had a terrible attitude at all times; they acted like they owned the place. I went downstairs to ask the total cost, they told me one price, I went back down to pay, and they casually added 2,000 pesos, as if it were nothing. I asked for an explanation, and they explained reluctantly and never admitted their mistake. Another person came and explained a little better, but at no point did they admit they were wrong. A night nurse had a terrible attitude and was asking an elderly patient for personal information. They lost the consent forms that were signed upon admission, and before the surgery, they were there asking the person about to have the procedure to sign them. They also left an anesthesia catheter in her, which should have been removed within 24 hours of the operation.
