Dr. Fernando is great. He's very professional and detailed. He speaks English in case your Spanish vocabulary in the field of an otorrinolaringológico is lacking. The receptionists are really nice and super helpful. Highly recommended.

Dr. Alfaro is very professional and dedicated. He performed a rhinoplasty evaluation using state-of-the-art equipment, including a 3D simulation to show me how I would look after the procedure. I definitely made the best decision. I'm having surgery next week, and I know I'm in the best hands. 10/10!

I'm surprised by the number of positive reviews this man has. ZERO professionalism. He treated my mother very badly during the consultation, to the point of making her cry because of how humiliating and unpleasant his treatment was. Fortunately, I was there to calm her down. I chose this place based on Google reviews, since I always check them before going to a consultation, but when we arrived, we found a "doctor" completely different from the one described in the reviews. It's very sad to see how professional ethics take a backseat. Updating my comment (since I couldn't reply to the "doctor's" comment): What do I gain by making "serious accusations"? The doctor knows perfectly well what I'm referring to when I say he treated my mother terribly. The fact that he has very good reviews doesn't excuse the fact that he was a jerk to her. I truly hope no one else has to have the unpleasant experience my mother went through, because on top of everything else, he charged her more for the consultation.
