If you are a tourist with insurance this is your place to go for any minor or major health crisis. We were visiting from the US and we had an emergency ICU visit at a different hospital (Hospiten) and they were vultures not letting us get the treatment unless we paid $10000 USD every morning out of pocket because they didn’t take our US insurance. We had to transfer to this hospital and they took us right away. They gave us a private room with attached bathroom and an extra bed. The doctors were extremely patient and caring. We didn’t have to pay anything during the discharge either as they worked out something with their local insurance. We are extremely grateful that they brought the patient back to health. The doctors spoke great English as we didn’t speak Spanish. Highly recommend for tourists with insurance. Not sure how it would work if you don’t have insurance.

Under no circumstances go to this hospital. You're better off at Galenia. They use dirty needles and caused an infection in my hand. The initial intake is ok as they draw you in but please adhere to this warning and DO NOT get admitted here. I was fed a cup of jello 3 times a day for three days and there are restrictions to prevent you from leaving your room. There's no common area or space to get up and stretch. You're restricted to your bed and it doesn't take a medical professional to know that you're at a high risk of blood clots. It is the epitome of a for profit hospital (not always bad) with zero regard for patient safety or care.

My amigo was treated like dirt here. One of the worst hospitals in Cancun. You're better off going to a public hospital 🤨

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. Upon arrival, they took my insurance details and said everything was fine. My insurance company also said they had dealt with this hospital before. The morning after, they knocked on the door and handed me a massive bill and said they wouldn't accept my insurance and that I had to pay. I said I wouldn't pay under any circumstance and they should call my insurance company. They sent a nurse in to remove the canyoner from my partners arm, WHO WAS STILL IN HIGH FEVER and told us to get out. We got a taxi to hospital Joya in cancun hotel zone who were unbelievably helpful and with no drama at all. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL
