I cannot say enough good things about the support staff, Nurses and Doctors! If you have been wanting to get a procedure done this is the definitely place to do it. The staff are all bilingual and speak nearly perfect English. The facility is brand new and the hospital where the procedures are done is top of all the line. The after care is fantastic as well with their new massage area for Lazer treatments, ultrasonic treatments, lymphatic massage and whatever else they do. This place and the staff are truly 5 star. I would (and have) highly recommended plastic surgery Riviera to anyone who may be interested. As I said before , honestly I cannot say enough good things about the team. Dr. David Lurduy was fantastic to deal with, warm and caring presence with a big smile and positive attitude. Wonderful after care from Nurse Maria Jose who always made me feel safe and well taken care of no matter the time of day. Karla at reception is always on point with scheduling appointments and her customer service is next to none wish her eagerness to assist with any task. Thank-you to all for your truly 5 star service! I'm very satisfied with the result of my mommy makeover surgery. The staff is very experienced. During my stay I was surrounded with kind people who took great care of me during the whole process. I would like to thank Dr Nieto and his staff for the excellent service. A special thank you for nurse Maria Jose who did an excellent job with the massage therapy. She helped me greatly by providing professional advice as well as help with bathing and dressing changes. Her compassion and presence made a real difference in how supported I felt during recovery. Karla was an absolute lifeline. She was available to me at all hours—day and evening—and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. Even after I returned to the States, she continued to follow up with me, which meant more than I can express. That level of ongoing care and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. I will genuinely miss seeing them every other day—something I never expected to say about a surgical team. This group combines technical excellence with real compassion and integrity. I want to thank Dr. Nieto and his staff for an amazing experience. I truly never thought I would get the body I’ve always wanted. For starters, walking into the office the day before my surgery to do my pre-op appointment, I was extremely nervous, but I was welcomed by his amazing staff, and I was already communicating with Karla, so finally meeting her, I already felt comfortable. My appointment went well. Dr. Nieto made me feel very comfortable and ready for my surgery the next day. The day of the surgery, everything went smoothly and as expected. The hospital staff was also amazing, not one bad experience. Post-surgery, I met with Maria Jose, who handled all my post-surgery appointments as well as my drains and massages, she answered all of my questions when I needed her. I definitely recommend Dr. Nieto and his staff, especially if you want an amazing cosmetic surgery experience.

The doctors and staff at Riviera Plastic Surgery Center are wonderful! Warm, welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and valued from the first consultation. Dr. David is a very skilled surgeon and has terrific bedside manner! He is gentile and has a great sense of humor. One of the nurses, Ana and Maria Jose, are also very warm, gentile and kind. Certainly not last, darling Karla at the front desk. Her cheery disposition makes you feel right at home when you walk in.
