The staff here was so amazing. Andrea, Zoe and the rest of the staff here took great care of me. I don't speak much Spanish, but they were able to communicate with me in English. They made me feel safe, they treated my injury quickly.

I highly recommend this hospital if in Cancun and need medical service. The Emergency room representative Sandra Reyes is Amazing!!! She’s the international insurance personnel. From the moment we got there Miss Reyas began working on insurance information. Our international insurance company Chubb insurance was also amazing they made it very easy for us. The hospital is very clean and efficient. They all made the process very easy. My son had a cut on her forehead got 2 stitches. We were in and out in less than 2 hours.

This was literally one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. It is something that happens to other people. I got a stomach infection that left me seriously dehydrated, weak, and my electrolytes way out of range. We came in and everything was clean and shiny. The doctors and nurses were kind and attentive. They quickly assessed me and I was hooked up to an IV getting fluids, antibiotics, and electrolytes. They took some blood samples for tests. So far everything is great UNTIL we asked about money. We asked 3 different people how much it would cost and they said $7,500. A bit high, but I was really sick and my blood tests looked bad etc…We paid with our credit card. There was NEVER a discussion about being admitted or ANY COST beyond $7,500. They took me upstairs in the same bed I was in. I asked for a small cup of jello. Charge-$6.00usd -$250 for the Nutritional Consult, later in the night they brought me a tablet and asked if I wanted water. $6 Another jello $6-$250 Nutrition Consult, charged $500 to hook up IV, take it out and hook it up again. They only put it in once and I yanked it out when we left. $10 bandaids, common antibiotics $350- Real cost - $35 The billing clerk said we owed a total of $12,000. I was there from 4:00pm to 11:00am, they charged me for 3 days in a private suite. I wanted to just LOOK at the BILL-LOOK- The lady told my husband I would go to jail if I didn’t pay. I couldn’t sit in the lobby or on the sidewalk and look at the bill. Got home, Disputed the charge and they froze the money for 60 days. Insurance is analyzing the bill. So far I owe a total of $2,500. Overcharges, things I didn’t receive, days I didn’t stay, outrageous. Scammers and Liars! We have been going to Mexico for 30 years and never a problem. $12,000 for a stomach ache, no X-Rays, MRI, CT WE Will NEVER GO BACK TO CANCUN. Don’t ask for food or water. Immediately call your bank and insurance and KEEP ALL BILLS!

This place cheat tourists. I visited with my child and clearly explained what treatment she needed before any work was done. I specifically asked about the cost of the service and was given a price. However, after a staff member removed a small bandage, the quoted cost suddenly increased by approximately 10 times the original amount. When I questioned the price change, the situation was handled very poorly. My daughter ended up leaving the clinic without a replacement bandage, with her wound exposed. I was also concerned by the lack of professionalism, including staff dropping gloves on the floor and not properly protecting the wound before we left. In the end, I was charged a significant amount despite receiving no actual treatment. Just stay away from this place.
