I have to say the experience was painless & professional, staff was organized and courteous.... And the results were Amazing!! Dr Medina Flores.... Is a very calm & polite, he answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable and secure through the entire process!! We are both very happy with our facial renewal...we look the same but less tired and more youthful, which is what you always want when going in for a procedure such as this thank you doctor!!!

Dr Eduardo Medina is an excellent surgeon. He is personable, caring and easy to talk with. His command of English is accomplished. He explained the surgical procedure in detail to prepare us for the reality. It was the most challenging surgery we ever experienced. 5 days in Star Medica..Dr Medina was there initially in the morning and late afternoon or evening to check how the surgical sites were doing. He shepherded us thru the recovery with calm assurances that all was as expected. I highly recommend him.
