Dr. Carlos Rosales Cancún Facial Plastic Surgery

I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Carlos and I had a very good experience. Everything went smoothly and I felt comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Carlos is very attentive, careful, and detail-oriented. You can really see that he is a perfectionist and takes his work very seriously. My recovery was good and quite fast, and I felt supported throughout the whole process. I have always hated my nose as a child. Growing up, I never saw what people saw. They would say I had a perfect nose or thought I even had a nose job. I hated it when I smiled as it flared out. My nose would look a lot wider, and my side profile was the worst. I felt my dorsal was big. I searched years for a surgeon and actually went to 4-5 consultations with different doctors. Money was never the issue here. I want the best! I didn't want to fly to "Turkey" as Asian nose is a bit tricky to work on. I know people who went to Turkey that was asian all look like they had a terrible over rotated look or the tip was exteme pointy. I even consulted with a skilled doctor in New York who was highly known on Instagram, a California doctor that specialized in asian nose that starts with the letter "Y." He is so super cookie cutter that made it look fake. I had to pass on that. I liked some of their after photo, but after each consultation with computer result, they claim I can achieve. None of any of those images I felt comfortable with and left me with not wanting to do it. I wanted a nose that would be something different, but it still fit me. That others having to second glance and still can't figure it out. Almost every doctor has a style of nose they do. Which is why you have to pick your doctor wisely. After I had my last child (3rd), my nose even got bigger. I started to stop taking selfies. One day... I happen to land on Dr. Rosales on instagram. I started to do quick research on him. I realized a lot of the nose he has worked on looks like a nose I originally have. I trusted him immediately. The after photo was perfect! I could tell Dr. Rosales is a perfectionist. I flew to Cancun a direct flight 1 hour 45 min. Which was expensive, but better than the other option flight that took 9 -14 hours to get to Cancun for less. So worth the trip! I stayed for 2 weeks at a luxurious condo walking distance next to the office that also had a public beach that had water that was so clear and blue. The office location / hospital is attached to Luxury Mall. That had authentic boutique Prada, Hermes, and Dior. Shop till you drop! This area is a fancy place. They even had a big grocery store attached to it. You're literally by everything. If you don't do all-inclusive, you are by many 5-star restaurants. You know you are going to be eating very well. Super safe to walk in this part town. I had the consult then the preop, and we did the video images of what I can achieve. He is very detailed at this meeting. You explain what you hate about your nose. He then will give you his opinion. Here is my favorite part: He will show you what your nose will look like based on what you don't like and like. After those photo edit changes. He gives you two options! Option #1 for a very natural look with a few changes in areas you want. Like alar taken, tip lifted,or take a hump down, etc. Option #2 You can go more aggressive look, and it still looks like it would fit your face with all option of #1 plus a change in the bridge. I wanted "Slope" like a Barbie doll look, but a medium upturn, just not like Turkey upturn. #2 was my pick! He will show images of what your nose will look like and replicate it exactly or even better. Only 1 month out. Omg love it! The shape is everything I ever wanted. I love the side profile, as that is immediate, as you can see. Since I'm still super swollen in the front. I know I will love the alar once it heals and get more smaller. This nose should have been the nose I was born with. The doctor achieved the nose exactly to the photo we created together. He is very talented, skilled, and a perfectionist. The doctor told me I had a breathing issue. I get seasonal allergies a lot, so I didn't know, but once he fixed my nose. I feel brand new. Like I was born again. I can breathe better than ever. I am mind blowned I got very lucky on this 1st surgery with success. Many have to go through multiple to get what they want. I trust him 💯% and can't wait for a facelift by him in the next 10 years at age 53-55.

I was in Cancun on vacation, and I broke my nose playing volleyball. Dr. Carlos Rosales performed a septoplasty on my nose, to realign it back to normal. I am writing this review 7 days after the surgery was performed. Literally 30 minutes ago, they just removed the internal splints from inside of my nose. I am absolutely speechless. My breathing is about 2 times better than it was before. It feels like twice of the amount of oxygen is entering my lungs. I am so unbelievably happy right now. I guess it was a good thing that I broke my nose, because now my breathing is better than it was before. If any of you are thinking about getting a septoplasty, please go to Dr. Carlos Rosales. He is a master at what he does.
