I had a VERY good experience yesterday. It’s noticeable that the doctor has years and years of experience. My problem was sold fast and efficiently. The medical equipment is brand new. The doctor was very punctual. And the funniest that I met my diving instructor (local person) entering the doctor’s office. Which means that he also chooses this doctor! Was complete surprise for me since I just googled him and read reviews. Didn’t ask for advice any locals.

My son was bleeding from his ear after poking his ear with a QTIP. I went to his office with no appointment and he was booked with appointments on a Saturday. I asked his assistance if she would please ask the dr if he could see my son. He gladly said yes. He was quick , checked my sons ear and removed a blood clot . He gave him antibiotics. He was quick . I appreciate he was able to See my son. We were on vacation in Cancun . I recommend him.

I was only in Mexico for a week and decided to check out if someone could help me with what I thought was a Deviated septum as one side of my nose for years I nearly could never breath out of. Dr told me he could fix my nose the same day after doing a examination and he gave off an honest vibe so I decided to trust him. The cost of the surgery was at least 1/3 of what it would of been in the US and was very professionally done outside of his office at a local hospital where I was put under and woke up with a successful operation. Its been a week now and my nose is still a bit stuffy but thats normal and the post op bleeding has stopped and my nose even though its stuffy feels better than most of the time before the surgery. Dr Alejandro is a patient man that will answer all of your questions and has very good english translation skills. If your planning on getting anything done with your nose he is a good surgeon at a fair price and his receptionist speaks even better english than him which made setting up appointments and taxis to the office a breeze.

Had loss of hearing in one ear. Doctor Montalvo gave me a next day appointment. Quick diagnosis of a build up of wax. Easy removal with high tech equipment and on my way in 15 minutes at a very reasonable cost of 1000 pesos. Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend Dr Montalvo.

Here are the relevant facts ! I made an appointment for 12.30 pm I was given no advance notice of where to check in I arrived at 12 noon and went to main reception as I had no knowledge of surgery location Lady there used her phone to translate telling me to sit and wait in reception area At 12.30 I asked her again should I remain waiting to wish thru translation on her phone the answer was continue to wait !! At 12.45 when no one came to collect me I asked her again and got the same short response - Wait here !! At 12.50 I was anxious and rang the number for the surgery Remember !! I am still in reception The Very rude English speaking receptionist told me I had failed to attend !! She simply would not listen to fair sense and continued like a stuck record telling me I had not turned up and missed my appointment She had no compassion or understanding and continued to be totally unhelpful I arrived on time and waited as instructed by reception but she had none of it So so very You need to deal with your rude reception staff and communicate with clients from out of country that they should not report and wait in the main reception area Wasted an entire day and got very frustrated that a simple procedure went so badly due to uncaring staff and poor communication Not happy at all Please retrain your own staff to be more customer focused I accept my review has NO connection to your medical ability
