Went there for appendicitis surgery. When it comes to the bill they became super unprofessional. Even ignoring me. I got the bill written ’for surgery’ which not accepted by the insurance and I have been asking them to fix it so many times but what they been doing is ignored me. They said they wanna bring more foreign patients, better learn how to work like professional first!!

Went there for rapid covid testing for group of 6. We had 3 false positive results so that was only 50% accurate. We ended up going to another place to get pcr testing and got all negative result. Unless you want to ruin your last days in Mexico and wasting money on testing and 16% outrageous credit card fee, do not go there for covid testing.

This has never happened to me before; I'd always been treated well, until today when everything changed. How is it possible that a clinic that's supposed to be more professional and transparent... The receptionist today at 1:30 PM on February 11, 2026 is so rude and even yells at you. You speak to her normally and politely, and she acts like you've touched a nerve or that she's bothered by the service... What a lack of morals on her part! It left a bad taste in my mouth... The receptionist's attitude was truly awful.

Terrible service, just trying to make money. There's no pediatric area, x-rays are extremely expensive, and even then they don't give you the results manually, only digitally. I took my baby there and I had to ask the doctor to weigh him, measure him, etc., and they still charged me for the consultation.

I went to the clinic looking for an appointment with the orthopedist. They took me to see the general manager, and if he authorized it, the appointment with the orthopedist would be scheduled. The man, very kind, from his seat behind the desk, I explained my pain and situation, and he simply told me, very politely and respectfully, that I needed to lose weight, that this was the reason for my pain. My husband explained that I hadn't been this weight before, and that the intense hip pain only increased after I started. Without examining me, without even getting up from his chair, he denied me the appointment with the orthopedist. I had to pay for the consultation, and by the way, I have hip dysplasia with grade 3 osteoarthritis, which is why I was experiencing pain.
