The physician was kind and considerate, and made sure that I felt OK during the whole process! She accommodated an earlier an appointment time than what was normal office hours so that she could ensure I would get both appointments while I was there for a short trip. Even the office administrator offered to take us to the airport after the appointment and would not even accept a tip! They are top notch - kind, considerate, and do amazing work! She was also sure to go over my rx with me, even converted it to English to ensure I understood it all. ❤️

I flew to Cancun from NYC and scheduled an appointment for CO2 laser treatment using the Sonolife 2200 machine in five different areas: my face, neck, both hands and chest. The clinic arranged for their driver, Christian to pick me up from my hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone on a Saturday afternoon. Christian was very friendly, and his car was new and spotless. The clinic is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Hotel Zone. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, Liz. She asked me to apply hand sanitizer and invited me to relax in the waiting lounge area. Evette, the doctor’s assistant then brought me into a treatment room where she carefully applied numbing anesthesia cream to all five areas. After about 45 minutes, my skin was fully numb and ready for the procedure. Evette then escorted me to meet Dr. Isabella. She was extremely professional and friendly. She thoroughly explained the CO2 procedure and suggested adding exosomes at an additional cost to help speed up recovery and reduce pain and swelling. I’m so grateful she recommended this, it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Isabella performed the procedure herself and it lasted approximately 4–5 hours. Throughout the entire process, she was gentle, meticulous and very professional. She also has a warm and kind demeanor, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. After the procedure, I settled my bill with Liz, who was lovely and she gave me a small goodie bag with gifts. Christian drove me safely back to my hotel. Dr. Isabella’s team followed up with me that evening and again the next day to make sure I was following post-procedure care instructions and recovering well. I had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering CO2 laser treatments.

Sandra is an amazing service provider. She administered my Dysport & co2 facial, She was so patient with my terrible Spanish and was very informative and kind. Ill definitely be back next time I am visiting.

I had the best time at this clinic. What a wonderful place with lovely people. I was in Cancun for only 4 days and wanted some dark spots blasted with the laser. It was kind of last minute but they took good care of me. Dr. Sandra Flores is amazing, profession, gentle and super sweet. A big shout out to Liz and Daniel as well. If I return to Cancun, I will visit them again for sure. The staff go above and beyond. I recommend to any American visiting as well as local folks.

Recently started staying in the Cancun area and went in for both laser hair removal and for Botox and lip filler. All of my providers were wonderful, the establishment was very catering, clean and comfortable! Christian and all the staff was very welcoming. Already loving the very natural results!
