A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had surgery on April 2, 2026 and I can't imagine that things could have gone any better. Dr. Acosta and all of the support staff were excellent; not only when I was in the clinic but with aftercare as well. The doctor was, and remains, always available to me via phone or text and went, I feel, above and beyond to insure that I remained comfortable and that my needs were met. I HIGHLY recommend him for your cosmetic surgery needs.

This is the best experience I have ever had. Dr Acosta put any other Doctors to shame with his bed manners, work and awesome facilities. I usually don’t post about my health issues but with such happiness, I am today. From the moment I contacted him via WhatsApp where we had a zoom meeting to the day I came to his clinic, he has always answered my questions and It didn’t matter what time it was unless he was in a procedure. My preop was done in Florida with my Dr but my X-ray chest in Mérida, Mexico. In FL they wanted $250, in Mérida $35 and the difference in price is insane. People in this city are all nice and friendly, the hotel I stayed in was very reasonable and gorgeous called Villa Mercedes owned by Hilton and especially comfortable. Talking to few people, Mérida is the safest state in Mexico, the cops are not corrupted and the city is very pretty. As of my procedure EXCELLENT the nurses are awesome and friendly, 3 doctors present with my surgeon Dr Acosta. Dr Dante was my anesthesiologist, spoke English and so nice, he broke down everything that I will go through. Everyone spoke English. They are having me stay 2 night with 2 doctors present at night and one nurse and all of them are great and speak English. For now I will post the operating room because I’ve never experienced that type of treatment in any other country including the USA. They wheeled me in from the prep room to the operating room that looked like I was entering in a spa, I’ve never experienced it anywhere else. A deemed pink light with little stars everywhere (light effect), Zen music, the operating bed had a heated blanket and a nice softer temperpedic pillow for my head and massage for my neck. After Dr Acosta took his time doing my marking, they got me on my bed and It was SO COMFORTABLE and not cold like In other country and the next thing I know I was sleeping, my surgery was done didn’t feel myself go to sleep. I woke up into a new room as comfortable and the nurse and doctors on site that night were very responsive and fast. For now I’m posting the room. Definitely will be coming back for other work I need to be done and will refer everyone to Dr Ernesto Acosta.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Acosta. I was very anxious about having the procedure but he explained everything so clearly I immediately relaxed. The procedure was 100% pain free, as was my recovery. It’s been just 4 weeks and the scar is already fading into a thin line. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Dr. Acosta.

Dr. Ernesto Acosta is an exceptionally talented plastic surgeon. It’s clearly what he was put on this Earth to do! He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He always took time out of his busy day to answer my questions (and believe me, I had many!) From the very first consultation, his confidence and expertise made me feel completely at ease. It was that confidence that led me to choose him, and I’m happy I did! I had an issue with my nose that needed help somewhat urgently and he got me in and did a phenomenal job!
