I’ve been doing stem cell treatments for many years and have researched clinics all over the world. I actually came to Cancun planning to go with a different clinic, but last minute things didn’t work out. I ended up calling Cellular Institute — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. They were able to accommodate me right before Easter weekend, when most clinics were already closed, which already said a lot about their flexibility and commitment. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The professionalism is on another level. The entire team — Daniel, Pauli, Dr. Maltide, Willy, Jose, Dr. Walid — every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and controlled the environment is. I’ve never seen anything like it. They must have cleaned me a hundred times — I actually started feeling like I was dirty even though I was showering multiple times a day. Booties, strict hygiene protocols, constant attention to sterility — it really gave me confidence in what they’re doing. Beyond that, they helped put together a full protocol for me and paid attention to every detail. Nothing felt rushed or generic — everything felt very intentional and customized. I’ll be updating this review in a couple of months with my results, but as far as my experience so far I’m extremely impressed and grateful I ended up here.

If I had time to write a novel about how great this clinic is I would as I had an absolutely amazing experience here. From the start I worked with Jose to get my information over to them to create the best protocol for me, he was beyond helpful, responsive and caring. I had spoken to about 10-12 clinics and they were the only ones who asked for my bloodwork to really dial in what would be best for me instead of just giving me some basic package and throwing a number at me, this instantly made me decide to go with the Cellular Institute and I’m beyond glad I did. Jose was responsive and so helpful! Then I worked with Daniel worked to coordinate all my pickups and get me ready for my daily visits there, they made it stress free and were both so friendly and easy to work with. The first day I was instantly put at ease, which this can be nerve racking coming to another country for medical treatments. My best friend and I quickly noticed how much everyone cared, something we aren’t too used to in the US. Dr. Maria Navarro was the best, I can not speak highly enough about her, she took her time to go over everything with me, my bloodwork, what to expect and gave me a diet and supplemental protocol for when I go home. She was with me everyday and making sure any questions I had were answered, she was so kind and caring, the type of care a mother gives their child. I don’t have enough words for how great she is. I also worked with Willy who was my nurse and he was with me everyday as well and made the experience lighthearted, explained everything he was doing and was a pleasure to be around and put me at ease. Again, I could go on and on about the care I received because it was that great and I was blown away especially coming from care in the US where you just feel like a number… no you feel like a family member here that they truly want the best for. I almost forgot to mentioned the facility is pristine, they have some great options to help you heal and relax. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them, you will NOT regret it, money well worth it.
