Dr. Somano took the time to explain the procedure, set realistic expectations, and answered every question I had. The best place you want to go for plastics. I didn’t know them but I felt so comfortable from time I met Laura his nurse. He will be very straight and honest with you on procedures he’s performs. I really like the patience he had with me and didn’t rush. Check him out because he is good.

I had lipo 360 and bbl surgery on September 6, 2024. I flew in from the U.S.A. to give Dr. Samino a try. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The consultation made me feel excited about him performing my surgery. I was very confident that I was in the right hands for these procedures. Surgery went well and I was loving the after results even though I knew I still had a long road ahead for recovery and finished results. My husband and I stayed an additional ten days after surgery in Cancun since we did have drainage tubes that needed to be removed. During our stay I had a bad reaction to the pain medication which made me very constipated and bloated where I could not pee or poop. I contacted Dr. Samanos and he met me right away at the ER to take care of this. He was very attentive during this time. It’s been a year and a half since surgery and I am still healing as my job is very physical but I am very in love with his artistry and the care he gave me as this is the only surgery I have ever had done. I will definitely be coming back for any other surgical procedures. I will highly recommend his services.
