I had my hair transplant at Cancun Hair Restoration two weeks ago, and the experience was excellent. The doctors and staff were extremely professional, careful, and explained everything clearly, including before and after care. I received 1,900 grafts, and the procedure was completely painless. My recovery has been great, and after two weeks I have no visible scars. Everything has healed very well. I am very grateful for their amazing work and highly recommend Cancun Hair Restoration to anyone considering a hair transplant. Thank you for the outstanding care!

Had a few FUE transplants at Cancun Hair Restoration (CHR), and would not recommend. They can only do 500-800 hairs per session and charge more than local Cancun companies. Sylvia, who does the procedures, has a short temper (which is scary when she's moving your hairs around - she got mad at me after one procedure when I explained the hair graft thickness doesn't blend well with the rest of my hair, so she randomly ripped hairs out without asking, and stuck them in awkward positions to bully me). Fernando renegotiate the amount of grafts too, AFTER you pay. I asked Sylvia why CHR only does 500-800 hairs per session, she told me other companies who advertise 2000+ hairs per session don't exist - NOT TRUE. I went to new company in Cancun and had 2500+ hairs for a better price them. CHR remove hairs from only a small portion on the back of your head - they lack skill to transplant hair around your sides, chin, etc. Furthermore, CHR don't put the hair in the correct position, meaning your hair flows in different directions, and CHR don't fill in the gaps well, so your hair is not placed evenly. This is not just a lack of attention to detail, but low skill. Overall, can CHR get the job done? Yes, but not well. Other local Cancun companies have better quality, skills, more grafts per session, and are cheaper. PS I NEVER write reviews but I felt compelled to tell the truth for new customers. PSS most of the reviews here are fake (most of the real ones have low stars/reviews).

“I appreciate the kind treatment and attention I received at all times. However, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the procedure. First, when shaving my head, the proper hygienic conditions were not followed. Second, the operation, which was supposed to last between six and seven hours, was rushed and completed in three and a half hours. Third, after two and a half hours, I began to feel the pricks of the needles during the procedure, and although I reported it, they did not re-anesthetize my head fully, leaving the intervention without the necessary care. As a final result, when the procedure was finished, I realized that some areas had not been fully filled in. I mentioned this to the doctor, who assured me that, to the naked eye, it was not noticeable, but with a magnifying glass, they could see small follicles. Today, after a year, I can confirm that it was poor work, because those areas never filled in, and I was right: the rushed work left those sections without the expected growth, resulting in a dissatisfactory outcome. I hope that this review will serve as a reflection for them on the quality of the procedure and, if possible, help them improve their practices so that others do not go through the same dissatisfaction.” I will never recommend anyone to go with this clinic

AVOID. Worst financial decision of my life was going to Cancun Hair Restoration. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Paid $10000 for FUE with poor results. They overcharged and lie about how many grafts they use. Go to other clinics nearby. Cancun Hair Restoration are unprofessional, unqualified, and liars. Look at the fake reviews. DON’T GO HERE. PROTECT YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND HAIR. AVOID.
