I had been looking for a couple years for someone I trusted who could fix a botched permanent lip liner that I had done in Canada at what I thought was a very professional permanent makeup business. I was told by a few makeup artists that the lip liner could not be fixed. My close friend had her eyebrows done by Ramona and they looked great. So, I went to see Ramona and she said she could fix it. Ramona did a fantastic job removing the lip liner and she also re-shaped my eyebrows and gave me a much softer color to the permanent makeup that was already there. I love my eyebrows again! Ramona is a highly qualified true professional. If you are considering skin treatments or permanent makeup, go to the best person you can find; not the "best deal". Do it right the first time or not at all!! There are far too many poorly trained individuals doing this type of work.

Ramona did an amazing job with my lash and brow tint—subtle, but made a big difference. My brows look fuller and more defined, and my lashes have that perfect depth without needing mascara. She was professional, gentle, and clearly skilled. Highly recommend!

Ramona saved my brows!! So I first met Ramona when a fellow expat recommended her. I had previously had my brows tattooed in Puerto Aventuras a few years prior, and not only was the shape horrible, but the colour had faded to a nasty blue! Yuk! Ramona had to do 3 removal sessions to remove all of the blue ink before she was able to give me my now amazing brows. My advice to anyone is to get them done properly the first time and save yourself lots of time, pain, and money having to get them fixed later. If only I had known about Ramona then! She's incredibly professional and trained in Canada. Over the years, I have had many different treatments done with her, my lips 💋 hifu, dermapen, facials, and I'm super happy with all of the results. Does she cost a little bit more than the Mexican salons? Yes. Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY! This is your face! Do it right the first time. There's far too many untrained individuals here using machines like HiFu without understanding how to use them properly. If you want the best service in the hands of a professional, go see Ramona.

Ramona was very professional and thoroughly explained her process, the vegan pigments she uses, determining an exact brow shape, etc. With thorough aftercare instructions, everything healed in about a week. Very, very pleased with both the process and the results!
