I visited this medical center for an emergency and had a mixed but overall positive experience. Upon arrival, I was unable to walk, and while the staff initially showed limited attention, my girlfriend's insistence ensured they attended to me promptly. Once they assessed my situation, an attendant who spoke English fluently provided excellent assistance, which was a relief as I don’t speak much Spanish. Although I left with some lingering pain, the medication they prescribed started to take effect gradually, and I left feeling better than when I arrived. They also took the time to check my American insurance, but unfortunately, it wasn’t accepted. Even so, the out-of-pocket cost felt reasonable for the care provided. The medical center does get extremely busy, and the staff might not always provide extended attention due to the high patient volume. However, they were efficient and professional despite the crowd. Overall, I’d recommend this medical center, especially if you're in need of prompt care and are prepared for a potentially busy environment. I’d return if needed.

Fast service. Rude but efficient staff. Dirty facilities. High costs. I went to the emergency room late on a Saturday night. They actually were able to see me and treat me right away. I was there for less than 2 hours. However, the nurse had an attitude from the moment we walked in and the doctor kept coming over and giving me injections without speaking to me. I mean it would be nice to know my diagnosis and what the heck they were injecting me with. Repeated questions garnered responses without any detail. Also the staff seemed annoyed that I actually wanted to know what was being done to me. When it came time to pay the bill, I asked for a breakdown of the costs, but he told me they don't do that. The bill just has the total. So, how do you know what you are paying for? And what if they made a mistake in the bill? Also the place is very dirty.

If you have someone with a suspected cerebrovascular accident, do not go there! My grandmother has had 3 episodes in the past few months and the ambulance has taken her there due to her neurologist having his office at this facility. The ER personnel is extremely unprofessional handling emergency situations that fall under a “code blue”. We waited very patiently for about an hour and a half for her to receive a CT scan to find evidence for the injury. They will run tests, put on IV, and make you wait. The patient won’t be assessed for neurological damage, nor will have a Glasgow scale measured. Nothing will be performed before it is billed into the system and you pay it. Where is the notion of emergency? As a medical professional I advice that all the personnel who currently works there to quit and find a new career. The hippocratic oath is being jeopardized! The only reason my review has 2 and not 1 star is due to the neurologist being an excellent human being. Please consider twice before visiting this ER!
