I would not recommend this doctor or his practice. My experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, damaging. I traveled to the Dominican Republic in 2021 for a breast reduction and a tummy tuck. Unfortunately, the results were far from what was promised. One of my breasts was left significantly deformed, and the tummy tuck resulted in an excessive pull of the skin, leaving me with a very noticeable and poor-quality scar. What concerns me the most is that I am not confident the doctor I consulted with was actually the one who performed my surgery. The interaction felt inconsistent and unprofessional. Before going into surgery, I was even asked questions that suggested a lack of clarity about my procedure, which was alarming. I only saw the doctor briefly, and after the surgery, I had very limited follow-up—only once during a 15-day period. The clinic promotes a very polished image online, but my experience did not match what was advertised. Patients are often told what they want to hear during consultations, but once there, the plan changes. In my case, I had already had a successful tummy tuck in the past, but they insisted on performing another one instead of addressing the area I actually wanted corrected. Another concern is the volume of surgeries performed. I was told the doctor typically does three surgeries a day, but during my stay, it seemed like many more patients were being operated on. This raises serious questions about quality of care and who is actually performing the procedures. Additionally, the paperwork you are required to sign appears to limit your ability to take action if something goes wrong, which is something prospective patients should be very aware of. I also stayed in a recovery home where I personally witnessed other patients with complications and unsatisfactory results. This is something you will never see on social media, as only the best outcomes are shown. Please do your research carefully. Do not rely solely on Instagram photos. My experience was not only disappointing but has had lasting physical and emotional effects.

Please be very careful what surgeon you choose when coming to DR 🇩🇴 . This surgeon right here will sell you a dream 💭. Speaking from (2 )experiences . Had 2 surgeries and all he can say is wait still to soon . Then after the first surgery that was not good and a bunch a massages , then he tried to charge me for another surgery ( which will be the same exact surgery which was his fault ) . Fyi he owns the building . When signing contracts please always get in writing what will happen if the surgery is bad and I have to redo it and how much will they will charge you ?? Then whatever they say get it in writing .Anyways it’s 3 years later and I went to another surgeon ! Please BE CAREFUL !!!!!! Oh 1 more thing … He probably won’t be the 1 operating on you . I can guarantee when you wake up you won’t find the Dr anywhere!!!

Hi I Went To Dominican Republic To Have Surgery on April 3 this year I stayed at JanetDeschamps Recovery House I do not recommend JanetDeschamps Recovery House the staff was very Rude She Has No Compassion at all She care about Money and Power On Social Media It Appears to be a good Recovery House but once you are there it is like a prison it's not as clean as it looks bugs were crawling as I tried to sleep I was not told the water is contaminated the table that you eat from is not clean properly the beding and rags were not as clean as they should have been it was a bad experience My Doctor Name Was Louis Lima During Surgery I woke up he was no were to be found I called his name no answer and looked on each side he was not there someone elsa was performing my surgery before being put to sleep he was there along with at least 5 other people just around me no proper PPE After Surgery I was in Executing Pain it didn't seem normal I left Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 Early Due to the fact I could not breathe and was over looked when I requested medical attention My Lungs were collapsing and I didn't know all I knew was I didn't feel right Upon Arriving In The USA I went to the first hospital I could get too and I was diagnosed with Lung Collapsing and a infection Few days after that I ended back at the hospital bc I was in too much pain I was told I had Cellulitis and treated 3 days after this I went to the hospital again "All Of These Were 3 Different Hospitals" This time I was hospitalized for 2 week I had Sepsis, Mrsa, Stap, along with a Water Infection that was hard to get rid of they didn't have a medication for it at the time while in the hospital My stomach had bust and I ended up with a big hole I was released on medication 2 weeks after this I went to do a follow up and was told my infection was getting worse so I was back in the hospital again while doing blood work in a CT scan I found out I had Abscess the size of a balloon 240CC was Drain and I was once beening treated again with antibiotics and Wound care I stayed a week only this time I felt better after being released I was released with a drain L shape so am unable to compress still swollen alot so now I can say am on the road to recovery I had been researching this doctor since 2017 I really thought I was headed in the right direction. Please Be Aware of this Doctor and Please Stay away from JanetDeschamps Recovery House She showed no remorse at all or didnt bother to even follow up. Its all about advertisement and money for her. She was one of the most rudest inconsiderate people I have ever met.

Burned my stomach and lower back during Lipo sculpture procedure 4months ago, causing 3rd and 4th degree burns from which I’m still recovering from thanks to the help of a doctor and have ugly scars can’t even show my belly or back of how horrible it looks. Went here to better my figure and ended up make it worse.

Burnt my whole back during lipo, couldn’t even wear my faja for 7 months, I have horrible scars in my lower and upper back, also left one side of my body bigger than the other !! Let’s not take about how horrible my tummy tuck and breast scars are !!!!
