Very disorganized… Horrible Medicos Dissapointed. Horrible. Would NOT RECOMMEND. 🤬

Was recently here, they are a bunch of con artist. I had my surgery done 8/24/21. Not only was I terrified, they were of no help due to no one spoke English. Everyone was a doctor or nurse with no degrees to prove it. So many test were completed to make extra money that were not discussed a head of time. The recovery house(monarchy house) was not the same as online and pictures sent. They do not have a washer or dryer to properly clean towels or garments. They tried to wash me with another girl towel. After surgery they leave you in this room with no food or water until the next day. I used the bathroom on myself and didn’t know it until the next day when I could feel my legs. They left me in it, how unsanitary. I could have caught an infection. Yet again no one spoke English. The tv didn’t work I was in the dark for 24 hours alone. The doctor I met was not the doctor who performed my surgery. Their equipment is out of date and you will be traumatized by the surgery room. A bunch of people are there doing a lot of stuff and you have no idea because you don’t speak Spanish. It was traumatizing and I don’t remember anything even though I was not put to sleep. They posted my results without my permission. I left two days after my surgery because I did not feel safe. Warning if you leave early they keep your money for the recovery house. They lied and told me they would prorate it but they didn’t. I stayed three days and they gave me back 290, I paid 1550. Warning if you decide to go, pick a different house and a different doctor. I stayed at the monarchy house, which is a dump and you will need a translator. This is a warning do not let them work on you. They don’t perform the surgery you ask for they do what will make their page look good.

Would not go back again. Experience was not good. Customer service is awful. Doctors interpreter Lee is awful. Results was horrible and a waste of money once I got back home and swelling went away. Don't wast your time or money.
