Wow wow wow! I am beyond happy with the process before and after my breast augmentation. The whole office was patient and worked with me to get my fantastic results. They were always available for questions and eased any concern. I came to CR from Canada and would do it again any time !!!

Being a gringo the search for a reputable doctor who wouldn’t scam you was a bit tough. After receiving several quotes, Dr. Oscar Suarez suggested a procedure none others mentioned. After a bit of research, I found he was absolutely correct. And this told me the quotes, although lower, didn’t have my best interests at heart. We did a call via WhatsApp 1 month prior, & now 3 weeks post surgery excellent results. A few complications with my own body, & they continued my care even beyond the typical recovery time. I had a Tummy Tuck, & Lipo after losing weight multiple times. Thank you OAS, you all went above, & beyond. Much love, Pura Vida!!!!

Terrible experience!! I’m from Canada, got a SMAS facelift, neck lift and upper & lower bleph. First thing is a wound that was left in my hairline from the surgery but was absolutely not part of it, that left me with a chunk of hair loss. It seems like a pressure wound or something like that, when I stated my concerns about it and wanted to know what it was from they said it was from a previous brow lift. Which it absolutely 1000% was not. I sent pictures of the scab while I was in Costa Rica. I’ve had to wear a hat for 16 months. That’s not all, all of the incisions left unsightly scars, to the point where I cannot put my hair up or behind my ears. My eyes look terrible, my left incision is all jagged and I also now have the “tent” look on both eyes from bad technique. After I said that I was going to contact the Board of Surgeons and leave a bad review they said I was threatening and unacceptable then they cut off communication with me. Call me crazy but I think being careless and sloppy while performing surgery on someone is unacceptable!! This has been extremely taxing emotionally and financially because I now at some point have to get a hair transplant and get all the scars fixed.
