Dr. Thuel is a sweetheart. I felt listened to not only as a patient, but as a person who was genuinely concerned about how thin my hair felt. Terrible experience. Delays of over an hour for appointments; they schedule appointments for several people at once. The receptionist just says it's not her fault and that if you want to leave, you can. Speaking with several patients, they say it's always the same: they schedule an appointment for one time and are seen 1-1.5 hours later.
