Dr. Andy Carballo is an excellent professional, very compassionate. He dedicates his time to answering questions and making you feel confident in your decision. I felt very supported throughout the entire process, and I dare say he is the expert in buttock augmentation. I loved my results and those of many others I saw.

My experience has been wonderful! I am a patient of Doc Andy, I had a lipoabdominoplasty, the care and results are excellent, they work with love and professionalism, the follow-up they give you is incredible, they are a great team, also worth mentioning the post-operative care which I love, it is painless and they support you as much as possible, trying to get you to the best version of yourself, very grateful, and with your eyes closed you can decide to have your procedure with Dr. Andy!

They are definitely the best. Dr. Andy has an excellent team; I would have surgery with them a thousand times over. They are incredibly empathetic, very respectful, and such kind people. My experience with Pronoia has been disappointing. From the start, the lack of transparency in their contract and their treatment of patients left much to be desired. The contract they make you sign is confusing, poorly written, and seems designed solely to protect the practice, without considering the patient's rights. They don't clearly explain the clauses, they fill it out in pencil, and when problems arise, their response is threatening instead of conciliatory. Later, I tried to get a clear answer about my situation, but instead of receiving help, I was contacted by a lawyer with no tact or emotional intelligence, whose sole objective was to intimidate me and make it clear that they wouldn't refund my money, regardless of the circumstances. If you are considering treatment at this practice, I recommend that you read the contract very carefully and think twice before trusting them, signing anything, or giving them any money. They don't care about their patients, only about their financial gain. Their incredibly friendly treatment at the beginning turns into a nightmare by the end.
