Rating ✅ Hoping everything goes well! Customer service: 1. The person who answers WhatsApp messages is extremely curt. They should replace that staff or provide them with training so they can also offer excellent customer service.

I've had several cosmetic procedures done at this clinic. They've been in business for over 10 years. They're in a great location, easy to get to. They also gave me all the information I needed during my appointment. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation so they can determine if you're comfortable with the process. The prices are very affordable and fair. It's an excellent option for getting significant touch-ups, including Botox or Fotona treatments. They followed up with me, and everything went very well. I recommend them.

Initially, they gave me a price, but they charged much more for the surgery. I paid trusting that they would do a good job; however, the timelines they provided, confirming that the results would be noticeable, were not accurate. Even though I followed all the instructions, the result was not what I expected. They used techniques like massage on me, which the doctor himself later told me was unnecessary (after they had done it several times), and the laser burned me. In short, I had a very bad experience and I cannot recommend them!

Unfortunately, I must share my experience so that no one else has to go through the same thing. After my surgery, I developed an infection caused by the internal sutures. I contacted the clinic to request a medical review—making it clear that I was willing to pay for the consultation, as I was in pain—and they replied that, given the time that had passed since the operation, my situation was unrelated to the procedure. The doctor attributed my symptoms to Montgomery glands, a diagnosis that turned out to be incorrect. I decided to seek a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon registered with the College of Plastic Surgeons. This specialist confirmed that I did indeed have an infection from the internal sutures, and it has been necessary to treat it with antibiotics, ultrasounds, and blood tests to rule out that the infection had affected the muscle sutures. I am sharing this in the hope that no one else has to go through this situation. Please, if you experience pain or anything seems abnormal after surgery, seek a second opinion without hesitation.

Very bad experience, zero follow-up, results nowhere near what I expected. Extremely disappointed, it was like throwing money away.
