From start to finish, Dr. Lenero has been extremely impressive- committed, knowledgeable, confident, communicative, skilled at his work as a plastic surgeon but also, extremely competent as a physician. As a physician myself, I value that trait in any medical caregiver, particularly a surgeon. He won my and my family’s trust from the time he said hello and never let up until we bid him farewell five weeks later.

The best doctor! I explored many options before making my final decision; however, from the moment I visited Dr. Brenes Leñero, I knew he was the right one. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everything went perfectly, and the support throughout the entire process was ideal. The doctor is an incredible person, always attentive, professional, and willing to answer each of my questions patiently and clearly. I felt safe and supported at all times. The result exceeded my expectations; I loved his work and the level of professionalism he demonstrates. Without a doubt, I recommend him 100%. Excellent in every way.

My experience with this clinic was so bad that I decided to cancel my procedure and request a refund. After everything I went through, I would never put myself in this clinic's hands again, nor would I recommend it. Much of the responsibility lies with Mauren, who was my main point of contact throughout the entire process. Her management was terrible, incompetent, and completely unbecoming of a clinic that claims to provide premium service. She constantly ignored messages, didn't answer calls, failed to follow up on basic requests, and forced me to insist repeatedly to get answers. From the beginning, she projected an image of disorganization, a lack of professionalism, and little interest in the patient. I requested invoices on multiple occasions, and they were never sent when they were due. I even asked for a final invoice with the total amount paid, and I simply never received it. It's unacceptable that something so basic is handled this way. The clinic's communication in general was terrible. I never felt trust, support, or security. Everything was chaotic, with delays, a lack of response, and problems that shouldn't exist in a place where people are considering undergoing important medical procedures. My perception of the doctor was also not positive. I found his manner arrogant and unpleasant. I believe that respect for patients is fundamental, regardless of a doctor's prestige, experience, or recognition. What worried me most was that my sister underwent surgery performed by this Dr. Brenes Leñero on March 13th and developed a bacterial infection, which they tried to blame on him for. However, other doctors outside the clinic confirmed that it was due to poor hygiene in the operating room, all of this after the procedure. To this day, she continues to deal with the consequences of that situation. Furthermore, during my visits to the clinic, I personally met another patient who told me she had experienced the exact same problem. However, when I asked directly about it, I was told that there were no similar cases. This contradiction generated enormous distrust in me and seemed very opaque. The clinic projects an image of exclusivity and premium service, but my experience was the exact opposite: poor customer service, bad communication, administrative disorganization, lack of follow-up, and situations that made me seriously question the quality of their service. After everything that happened, I would not consider having a procedure done there under any circumstances. There are too many other options to risk going through an experience like this.
