My wife came to Turkey with severe pain in her hip and right leg which appeared difficult to diagnose in the UK. Within a day of arrival The Health Store Turkey had identified which field of expertise we needed to see consultants in and diagnostic scans and an MRI as well as a full blood analysis had been undertaken. After consultation with two surgeons had been completed it was agreed that she needed hip replacement surgery which was arranged within a few days. After less than a week the problem and solution had been identified and my wife has now been discharged and is convalescing. The hospital was extremely comfortable and medical staff were excellent but she couldn’t have done it without The Health Store Turkey who were with her at every stage helping with translation and facilitating every step of a rather daunting procedure. They have truly helped to give her back her active life and a positive outlook for the future.

I went to the health store with a friend the care we received from landing to leaving was amazing. The hospital room was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and so helpful. Recovery from the op was so quick. As a treat I had my teeth whitened, was a wonderful job and we were escorted by one of the hospital staff to the dentist then he took us shopping!! Would definitely go there again with no hesitations. We received an Excellent service.

I had a dental emergency during my stay in Izmir, I got my treatment here and I am absolutely thankful. Since I arrived they were helpful and looking for the way to make me feel comfortable everytime. They are brilliantly profesional but also make you feel at home, having a medical emergency when you are not in your country can be scary, but I felt really well care. Thank you so much !
