I'm very happy with service and care at Private Ata Health Hospital. Complicated surgery and stay was brilliant. Dr Halil Ibrahim Karlikama did absolutely amazing job. Thank you very much for that:) I was very good looked after. Absolutely outstanding help delivered by Ms Aysegul Korkmaz - International Patient Manager. No problem with communication and language. All stay was in hospital not as other clinic offer 1-2 day in hospital and the rest at the hotel. It is really make a difference. Can highly recommend this hospital by me:)

Great experience at Ata Sağlık Hospital I had flu-like symptoms—cough, tiredness, blocked nose—and since I’m new to Turkey, I wasn’t sure about hospital procedures. I went to Ata Sağlık Hospital without an appointment and was really glad they had a translator service. Mr. Erkmen was very helpful. He not only helped me get a same-day appointment but also translated everything from Turkish to English, which made things much easier. The doctor prescribed medication, did tests and an X-ray, and followed up the next day with the results. A CT scan was also recommended for later. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and support I received. Highly recommend this hospital, even if you’re new to the country.

My 10-Month Journey at private ata saglik hospital : Angels on the Front Line, Lessons for Management Rating: 3/5 (Outstanding staff save a deeply flawed experience) Ten months ago I walked into this hospital desperate for help I needed to change my boobs I’d had two kids I saved for the perfect ones. What followed was a rollercoaster of hope, pain, and hard-won survival. This review is my truth – the good, the bad, and the lessons no one should have to learn the hard way. The Angels Who Carried Me Erkman the first face I met was nothing short of extraordinary. He didn’t just arrange my initial surgery; he held my hand through the terror of going under the knife in a foreign country. When complications hit the moment I got home, he was my lifeline: calm, focused, and relentless in booking my emergency return. His departure broke my heart. Then came Asgual. If Erkman lit the torch, Asgual ran with it. She inherited a patient in crisis three breast surgeries in four weeks and never flinched. She fought for me when I couldn’t fight for myself. I have a friend for life. The nurses, cleaners, and cooks? Superheroes in scrubs and aprons. They were there at 3 a.m. with pain meds and kind words, mopping floors with smiles, delivering trays like care packages. You outshine this hospital. You are this hospital. I’m honored to call you friends. The Surgeon: Brave or Reckless? One surgeon has been with me since day one. Dr KANLIKAMA Four failed surgeries in 10 months. Some call it “pushing science.” I call it pushing my body to the brink. The photos in my file don’t lie neither do the scars. I’m still here, barely, heading into a fifth procedure to finally stabilize my health. At home, thank God, I have support. Management: A Question You Need to Answer To the executives making decisions from air-conditioned offices: Would you let your daughter be treated like a science experiment? The staff on the front line operate with humanity. You operate with metrics. Trust, once shattered, doesn’t come back with apologies or discounts. My name, face, and file should haunt your quality meetings. Learn from your angels before another patient pays the price. Final Thoughts I’m a positive person. I will survive this. But survival shouldn’t be the bar. This hospital has world-class hearts on the ground floor and blind spots at the top. Fix the system. Protect the next patient. And treasure the staff who saved more than my body they saved my faith in humanity. To Erkman, Asgual, and every nurse who held my hand: thank you. You are my friends for life. To management: my story is your wake-up call.

Initially I had a very warm welcome by Aysegul from the tourist department. Things went wonderful with internal medicine and also the dentist visit. Her English is good and she was very helpful. I can only compliment her work and recommend her 10/10. As well as the visited other departments! The third appointment was with neurologist Dr. Ayşen İnceoğlu for a pain treatment with botox. I presented her with a MRI cd, bloodworks and reports. She said the pictures she needed where not on the cd and immediately made up her mind I am not a candidate for botox. And that I did needed a full body mri, just to prescribe me some pain medication. Which I dont want. I checked with the department and they confirmed all pictures to be present. Incl the MRI showing 2 herniated cercival discs. I could have been pain free now. Instead I am being asked to delete my review bc I mentioned its a scam. Why not delete the doctor from their service instead? This will cllean up their hospital in a meaningful way for future patients Apart from this neurologist 10/10 recommend Ata Health Hospital
