I'm from the UK and I was having dentistry work in Izmir. I came across the Mayasante clinic. I visited the wonderful and knowledgeable Dr Osman Bas to correct bad filler placement from the UK. He really knows what he is doing and put me at ease straight away as well as speaking good English. A week after treatment and I'm over the moon with the results. Thanks again to Dr Osman Bas and all the lovely ladies that work there.

I have been going to this clinic and seeing Osman Bey since 2009. Back then, we started with 20 TL per session at the clinic in Şirinyer. In our first meeting, they said it would be finished in 8 to 10 sessions, but it's been 17 years, and the hair just won't go away. We started with the cheekbones and cheeks, and instead of decreasing, the hairs started turning dark and thick. The hairs on my forehead and ears disappeared, turning into thick hair. Osman Bey invited me to the laser clinic in Alsancak, saying it was different and more effective. After 15 years, he started saying these hairs wouldn't completely disappear. Think about it, I'm more experienced than all the other employees there. I've accepted this situation, I'm sure it won't go away, but I continued with waxing because the prices were reasonable. However, because I'm a very old customer, two years ago they asked for 500 TL for a 100 TL session, which I accepted because the price was really low. Eight months later, they wanted to increase it to 2500 TL. I had a bit of an argument with the staff, and then I spoke with Osman Bey. They said we'd do a session for 1500 TL, and I accepted. It's been about a year now, maybe less. I called today, and they shamelessly increased the prices, now charging 7000 TL for a single session. Not only is my whole body covered in hair, but charging such exorbitant prices is outrageous. Other clinics charge 1500 TL for a full body session, and when I give them this as an example, they say their machines are very different from ours. But I've been coming to you for 17 years, and it's the same. What does it mean to say their machines are inferior and ours are more effective? And to charge exorbitant prices like this is robbery? Nobody should go there. I've been going for 17 years and I'm not satisfied at all. If anyone wants proof, I have the records; they can publish the session list here, and I can show them the customers who left very positive reviews. If they want, I can come to the clinic and show them live images of the hair that grew back after 17 years of sessions. This business has become a disgrace.

They performed Radiesse treatment. While it was fine for the first month, the mid-face gradually started to sag. I started to look like I was constantly ill. I heard negative comments from people around me, which upset me greatly. The outer lower part of my eyes rose, making my eyes appear smaller. I gave up on improving my appearance; it damaged my vision. Not to mention the unnecessarily high prices and the long waiting times. Other doctors I went to said it was a wrong procedure and that I should just wait for it to dissolve. I'll have to live like this for at least a year. I advise you to stay away from them.

Since I live outside the city, I didn't want to go to an appointment without getting information and prices first. The price seemed reasonable, so I went for a preliminary consultation. However, I was shocked when I heard the price quoted. Carboxytherapy, initially priced at 11,000 for 10 sessions, was now 25,000 for 12 sessions, and cellulite mesotherapy, initially 50,000 for 10 sessions, was now 120,000 for 12 sessions. I think they're pricing differently depending on the person. I need to look poor for my next appointment… I called the clinic to ask why the price difference was so high. They said they would talk to the doctor and call me back, but they absolutely never did.
