From the minute I had an online consultation, to meeting him in person on the day of my surgery, I felt at ease and reassured that I was in confident, capable hands. I recently underwent liposuction surgery with Dr. Osman Tan in March, and I must say that my experience has left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. Not only did the surgery fail to produce the desired results, but it also left my stomach area and outer thighs disfigured. Now after 2 years, I have to go under surgery to remove my breast implant.. To make matters worse, I opted for a fat transplant to my face within ten days after the surgery, hoping to enhance my appearance. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The results were not only disappointing but also made me regret ever considering the procedure in the first place. Aside from the poor outcomes, I must mention the lack of professionalism and manners exhibited by the front office and financial manager. Their behavior was utterly unacceptable and left a negative impression on my overall experience. Dealing with someone who lacks basic courtesy only added insult to injury. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others who might be considering Dr. Osman Tan’s services. It is crucial to carefully evaluate all aspects of a surgical procedure, including the surgeon’s track record, before making a decision. In my case, the results were far from what I expected, and the customer service experience was deeply disappointing. Now after 2 years, I have to go under surgery to remove my breast implant..
