I was on holiday in Izmir from America and found Elif through Instagram. I had Botox, lip, and chin filler done and extremely satisfied with my results. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I’m glad I came across Elf and definitely recommend their services!

My cousin and i came to Izmer on holiday and stumbled across this clinic. We had lip filler and botox and highly recommend affordable work from very professional staff. The clinic is clean and staff very helpful.

I first started with the Exilis facelift, but it didn't create the effect I wanted. They said it would take time, but almost 4-5 months have passed and there's no noticeable effect, and it didn't look like the videos at all. Then I was referred for the BBL treatment, because my main complaint was broken capillaries, but my face was red. I trusted them because Ms. Elif was very convincing. After that, I had 4 sessions, paid a hefty sum, and in 3 of the sessions (every two weeks), the machine broke down. In one, I was stopped on the street, in another, I was called 5 minutes before my appointment, and in the last one, they applied gel to my face to start the treatment, and guess what? The machine broke down again, and the last session couldn't be completed. I accepted my bad luck, but almost two months have passed and I still haven't been contacted. I haven't called either because I just can't bring myself to go there anymore. Even if they called, I wouldn't go, because I'm tired of the staff saying "sorry, it's not our fault," and I'm surprised the manager never bothered to follow up. In the end, I didn't get the results I wanted. The sessions, which were spaced out, were also extended, and there was almost no change. The staff are very good, I have no complaints, especially Ms. Sinem, she is very patient and good at her job, but the business owner only focuses on marketing and doesn't care afterward. I paid so much money, wouldn't they at least ask if I was satisfied, wouldn't they offer to compensate for the inconvenience? In short, I had these two treatments done, but there is no noticeable change in my face. If I had also received facial treatments with the 12+22 total of 34,000, it would probably be more noticeable. I don't think it's worth the money. I don't think it was done with malicious intent, maybe the device broke down or something, but why does it always happen to me? Why is it always the last minute for a session that's supposed to be every two weeks? Why are I woken up while lying on the stretcher? I've concluded that the business is indifferent, doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction, and is only focused on retaining customers. I do not recommend it.
